Joseph Collamati/Henri Masson motion to recommend and submit the FinCom Budget as level funded and as follows: $2,868.00 Stipend for Clerk and $2,207.00 for expenses. Vote: 5/0
Reserve Fund
Joseph Collamati/Henri Masson motion to recommend and submit the Reserve Fund Budget as level funded in the amount of $100,000. Vote: 5/0

B. FinCom Expenses: Alternative Printing
Committee has not received a bill.
FinCom Stipend - July through November
Joseph Collamati/Henri Masson motion pay Clerk's stipend from July 2009 through November 2009 in the amount of $1,195.00. Vote: 4/0/1 (Toni Picariello abstained)
C. Annual Report due to Board of Selectmen in January, 2010.
Gary Maynard will prepare the Annual Report for the Finance Committee.
